What You Will Need:

• Paper
• Pencil
• Capsule
• String
• Tape

Instructions:

1. Write down words of encouragement with your parents
2. Add one per capsule
3. Cut a piece of string and secure to a wall with tape
4. Close the string in each capsule with the paper inside
5. Encourage your kids to open a capsule when they need a little boost!
